Originally, the ACA (Asian Cultural Association) was established ten years ago by several Asian students at RISD who wanted to have fun together. They expressed the need to convey and reflect their Asian identity and culture. Throughout the years, ACA has evolved from being a small group to becoming one of the largest student groups on campus. They have organized several students events on campus which reflect their own unique cultural heritage, as well as allowing for
students at RISD to really come together and bond.
My roomate Lee Lee probably is not taking part in the association, but talks to her sister on skype.
